14-Day Return Policy

At SIMBA TEA we want you to enjoy every sip of our tea! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our goal is to make your experience as enjoyable as possible, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy. However, we highly encourage you to purchase our tea in the smallest packaging (4oz) before purchasing a larger quantity.

Please Note:

• Returns Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. 

Refund Process: Once your return is received, we'll process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
